• About the role

  An exciting opportunity aimed at people who are new to the yacht racing world and a keen and enthusiastic about developing their skills and pushing their career forward. With this role the team will help to push you and teach you how to become an essential asset to any yacht racing team. Along side this we will help to find boat you can race on to give you a real sense of the sailing world

• Responsibilites

  Race preparation, development of systems, sail wardrobe maintenance

• How you will develop

  An opportunity to develop:

  Racing yacht management, basics in composite structures and composite uses, rigging , system development and optimisation for performance

• Hours

  Part time

• Pay

  £10 per hour
